In response to the article my husband forwarded me from Forbes on March 20, I followed the link to the mask pattern at FreeSewing.org and started sewing. I've made and donated about 40 so far to personnel of our local (Danbury) Emergency Department. Before anyone gets fussed --- Yes, I know they are not N95 medical grade masks, however, from what I am reading online, they are still needed. As mentioned in My Story, I recently had a life-altering event and my life was rapidly shifting. I had the opportunity to spend time with the 3 and 1 year-old daughters of a friend. I pulled out all the toys I had stowed away for "someday" (musical instruments, blocks, puppets) and had an amazing time playing with “the girls.” Later that day I texted their mom to tell her what a wonderful time I had with her girls and she said "my daughter has been talking all afternoon about what fun she had Mrs. Market’s house today." Our Bonnie-baby

She's not this little anymore, but she's just as cute as ever.... and as much trouble. She loves to hang out in the studio and grab any fabric scraps or threads that I drop along the way and run off with them. She's been caught on camera after jumping up onto the desk to destroy tissues! Good news for our customers... no matter how much trouble she gets into at home, schnauzers have hair and not fur and therefore are "hypoallergenic."
